Once processed, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered email or mobile number.
Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unexpected delays like courier issues, weather, or festive rush.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X.
Standard shipping charge of Rs.49 applies to orders below the minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select locations in India.
Additional COD charges may apply depending on the order value.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can track your package status until it reaches you safely.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they reach you without damage.
If your package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the order is not delivered due to incorrect address/phone number or repeated failure to receive, the order may be returned to us.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
Nikii.in is not responsible for undelivered/lost orders due to wrong address or contact information.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
